Pecanwood smoker chunks. Air dried. Add pecan flavour to steak, chicken etc... Perfect for Weber kettle type grill or similar. Can manufacture larger quantity for dealer if interested. If you do not know how this works typically one or two smoker chunks are placed in the grill with the meat and once ignited the grill is closed and the smoke from the chunk flavours the meat. Please consult YouTube for excellent instructional videos on how to use pecan smoker chunks for a variety of cooking styles.

Instructions

* Store in dry place. Product will keep for some years. Keep clear of termites and damp dark areas.

* Place one wood chunk into hot coals of grill. 

* Wait for wood chunk to ignite.

* Let it burn for a little while and then put the lid on the grill with the meat. The heat from the coals and the wood chunk will cook the meat and the aroma of the pecan wood chunk will flavour the meat.

* If flavour too strong use hatchet to break chunk into smaller size.

* If flavour too weak use more than one wood chunk.

Please note

* This is not normal firewood. It is chunks of pecan wood used in small amounts for flavouring meat in smoker kettle type barbecues such as Weber grills.

* One 5kg bag will last for dozens of cookings. Only one or two chunks of wood is needed per cooking. The whole bag is not used at once.

* Product may contain artifacts of bark. Bark artifacts should burn off as the wood chunk ignites, and otherwise will not adversely affect the flavour.
