PeDe-DUTCH COFFEE GRINDER-PORCELAIN IN DELFT DESIGN-1950'S or 1960's

You are bidding on a Peter Dienes Dutch coffee grinder dating somewhere in the 1950's serial number 2179(on the hopper)

The catch cup is made of glass and has a haircrack on the one side,which has not gone through the glass as the glass is very thick( it is inside the glass-see pic.)

The hopper itself is in great condition ,no damage as far as I can tell and the grinder works!(still coffee in the catch cup)

The grinder is mounted on a wooden base for wall hanging and the handle is wood.

Original label on front stating manufacturers name.

It is rare that the glass is still intact as most of the ones I have seen are missing it.

A real art deco item that would make a wonderful wall ornament for the kitchen as well as being useful too!
