Nearly 4 months of promises from Seller to find out from the post office where my parcel is. Seller has never initiated an email with feedback & only occassionally responds to my queries. Have I received true Customer Service? No, for that to happen she would be going out of her way to please me - providing me with either a replacement or returning my money - options I put to her. But still nothing. This Seller appears to be more interested in her ratings than doing the right thing.
