Hardback, stamp decorated red cloth boards, with full colour plate on front cover. Book Condition: Good. No Jacket. 221 pp. With 32 color plates throughout, all present as called for. An account of the lives, customs and culture of the countries of India, Burma, Ceylon and Siam (Thailand) providing historical background as well as details on the various cities and villages in those countries. GOOD condition. Heavy fading to the spine, with some foxing/spotting to the head and tail. Minor uneven fading to the front and rear covers. Light scuffing and soiling, with a faint area of discolouration along the upper rear extremity. Minor fraying to the cloth at the head of the spine. Interior solid and clean. Foxing present to the page edges, with minor to moderate scattered foxing affecting the extremities of a few of the pages in the interior.
