This is a mobile note taker which uses a digital pen to transfer notes written onto paper with the digital pen, to a note taker base unit which can clip on to a notebook

The base unit is powered by 2 AAA batters (not included)
The pen has a battery compartment which takes 3 button batteries
A USB cord (which is included) connects the base unit to a PC for transferring captured writing
PC function is enabled by software Pegasus software suite NoteTaker, Pen2Text and Annotator
This software is included, together with some firmware updates for the hardware
The software bundle also contains user manuals

Third party software, MyScriptNotes enables more features ~ versions of this is included but licensing needs to be obtained from the third party owning this software
