A contact adhesive formulated to produce immediate bonds between various materials , including decorative laminates , wood , metal , hardboard , rubber , leather , canvas , foam ect. 

APPLICATION : 

*Surfaces to be bonded should be smooth , dry and clean. 

*Apply V435 PEKAY by brush , roller or scraper to both surfaces . Porous surfaces may require two coats . The positive test that the adhesive coating is adequate is a shiny film when dry . If adhesive film is dull , a further coat is required . 

*Allow Adhesive to dry completely ( 8 mins - 45 mins ). The longer the open time the stronger the initial adhesion.

*Position the surfaces carefully before bonding , since no adjustment is possible after the adhesive make contact . 

*Bond by applying pressure over the complete surface .

*Bonded assemblies can be machined or trimmed immediately after bonding . 

CLEAN UP :

Brushes and tools can be cleaned with solvent.
