Pentax 16x25 Ultra Close Focus

Bought these binos in 2007 for R1099 (see sticker on image at left) for bird watching after having owned another pentax set for about 10 years. I found the 16x magnification and 25mm aperture unsuited to the kind of bird watching I do. This high magnification is difficult to handhold when your heart rate is elevated as it typically is when walking and bird watching. I have recently bought a new set - hence selling these.

What I do enjoy is the light weight, and the amazingly close distance you can focus (2m!).

These binos have done very little work and are still in great condition.
