Wasted many hours attempting to install WinXP on this brand new PC that turned out to have faulty memory chip and improperly connected audio cables. The memory has been promptly replaced by the seller and the machine has been living up to my expectations since then. Overall: quality product, good value for my money, smooth transaction, but frustrating initial hiccups with the PC.
