Orange Habanero is one of the hottest chilli peppers in the world. The fruits are lantern shaped, small and wrinkled growing to about 3 to 4cm long. As they ripen their colour changes from green to light orange. They are extremely hot - 150000 - 325000 Scoville Units - with an extremely pungent and aromatic flavour. When ripe or dried they have a unique apricot scent.
