Peppermint is one of the most important oils therapeutically and is also widely used in sweets, chewing gum, toothpastes, cough mixtures and other body and pharmaceutical products.

Analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, carminative, cephalic, cordial, expectorant, febrifuge, hepatic, nervine, stomachic, sudorific, vasoconstrictor, vermifuge
Uses:
Asthma, bronchitis, cholera, colds, cough, dermatitis, diarrhoea, dyspepsia, fainting, fevers, flatulence, gall stones, halitosis, headache, hysteria, influenza, mental fatigue, migraine, nausea, nervous disorders, ringworm, scabies, shock, sinusitis, toothache, vertigo, vomiting. Peppermint is also a mosquito and rat repellent.
Directions for use:
Add a few drops to your bath water or a refreshing foot spa. Can be used in an oil burner. Dilute with a carrier oil for use as a massage oil. A few drops can be added to shampoos, lotions and other products.
