Perennial Rye grass blended with a Rhizomatous Tall Fescue and perfect for South African conditions. It produces a thick and even lush turf. It is fairly drought tolerant and is tolerant to shade with no winter dormancy but does require frequent good irrigation.  Grows well in sun and shade and remains green throughout the year as long as it is watered and fed in the winter months.
