Period Pain & Cramp Relief Syrup

Herbal Syrup for Pain & Cramps. Relieves heavy and painful periods, relieves cramps and spasms.

Our product includes Cramp Bark, Lady's Mantle and Vervain. Lady's Mantle has astringent and coagulant properties and is therefore able to tighten tissues and stop bleeding. Cramp bark was commonly used by Native Americans for its ability soothe cramping of smooth and skeletal muscles. Vervain has antispasmodic properties and is used to relieve muscle cramps, colic and period pain.

The formulation includes a number of herbs which are known to be beneficial for relieving heavy and painful periods, as well as relieving cramps and spasms; to maximise the efficacy of the product.

Dosage:

Take 5ml, as needed. Don't exceed 3 doses a day.

Cautions:

• Don't take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Seek medical advice before using if you are taking aspirin or anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medications.
• If you are taking preparations containing iron, you should take then 2 hours apart.
• Don't use if you have an allergy to any other member of the Asteraceae family (e.g. daisies, chrysanthemums, echinacea).
• Not advisable to use if taking medications that control blood pressure or with any form of hormonal therapy.
• Don't take with the medication levodopa (L-dopa).
• Don't exceed dosage as high doses of Vervain cause central nervous system paralysis.
• Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients - if allergic reaction occurs discontinue use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
