Baluch rugs are hand woven near the South-Eastern border of Iran and in Western regions of Afganistan. Being of tribal and often nomadic origin, the Baluch rugs are generally small in size. Any Baluch rug is one of a kind and has absolutely no duplicates anywhere in the world.

Please note: The length of this rug is slightly unsymmetrical as is reflected in the picture. This is sometimes referred to as 'a Persian flaw', and many rug admirers value this condition as an artful hallmark of a hand woven rug.
