What does delivery cost and how long will it take?
South Africa:
Cost: Between R50 - R100 depending on where we are delivering to. Shipping is FREE for all orders over R1500.
Delivery time:
Each card is hand made to order, expect 1 - 2 weeks for delivery of the finished product. Please note - if you order more than 1 card, the delivery time will double.
Type of shipping: We only use reliable couriers to deliver to your door, and we provide you with a tracking number and regular tracking updates.
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
