Each tag is precision laser cut from ±3 mm double-sided oak veneer MDF and can be personalised with a name, short message, and an engraved image or design, space permitting. An optional decorative embellishment is included, such as a heart, star, cross, or another simple shape, cut from oak veneer or white melamine (maximum size approximately 2.5 cm).

After placing your order, simply send me a message with: The name or text you'd like engraved Your preferred embellishment (heart, star, cross, or another simple shape) Whether you'd like the embellishment in oak veneer or white melamine Your preferred theme or design idea (or choose one from the examples shown) I will create a personalised design based on your request and send you a preview for approval before production.

Please check all names, dates, spelling, punctuation, and wording carefully before sending them to me. If a design preview is provided, please review it thoroughly before giving your approval. Your gift tags will be produced exactly as approved, so I cannot accept responsibility for spelling or date errors after approval.

The price is for 5 identical personalised gift tags (one design per set). The optional embellishment is limited to a simple shape with a maximum size of approximately 2.5 cm. String, ribbon, twine, flowers, and other accessories shown in the photos are for display purposes only and are not included. As wood is a natural material, each tag will have its own unique grain, colour, and character, making every piece beautifully unique. Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
