Our Stainless steel sippy cups are BPA free, food grade stainless steel. This means they are durable and able to survive drops from your little one's hands.
FULL WRAPS ARE POSSIBLE. What does this mean? It simply means that if you would like us to wrap the bottle in specific colors or designs, we are able to do so.
The design lead time after payment has been received: 2-3 working days, during our silly season the lead time extends to 5-7 working days.
The production lead time after approval of the layout: 5-7 working days, during our silly season the lead time could be 7-10 working days. The production lead time does not include the delivery time which gets calculated depending on the shipping method selected.
For this product it would be safer to allow a 14 working day lead to be safe and in busier seasons around 18 working days
THE DESIGN PROCESS.
The design process will only start AFTER payment has been received. You are required to send us as many images as you can to help us understand what you have in mind. We will then work with you to design your item. You will receive the draft via email to approve and only upon approval of said design, will we start the production process.
We can purchase designs on Shutterstock and Esty on your behalf at an additional fee, please be sure to send us an email prior to ordering so that we can manually invoice you.
Alternatively, you are more than welcome to send your own design.
PLEASE NOTE: It is really important to remember we cannot copy any other designer's work 100%. You are more than welcome to share your awesome ideas, which we will use as a guideline but design something unique so that it does not look like the original design shared. We respect other creatives to not copy their work and we also do not support plagiarism of any other creative whether in South Africa or around the world.
