Sleeve: age-related wear all round. No splits or tears. Creases to all corners. Small price stickers front top right and left bottom back.

Record: crackles and pops are audible in soft places. Side 2 track has 3 places where there is a skip. Visible scratches on the record - could possibly improve with a deep clean. Still very acceptable.
