The PetSafe Big Dog Rechargeable Bark Control Collar is one of the most advanced bark control units on the market.  It fits dogs from 12kgs upwards and has an operation mode and suitable correction range for any breed.  The PetSafe Big Dog is fully waterproof, submersible up to 7m and also has a quick recharge, long-life battery to keep it going for up to 3-6 months between charges. 

The PetSafe Big Dog Rechargeable needs both the sound of the bark and the vibration of the vocal chords to activate the unit.  This eliminates the chance of false correction from other dogs barking or rough play.

Operating Modes:

User Selected Correction Mode: You set the level between 0-9 and the unit corrects your dog at this level only when they bark.  

Temperament Learning Mode: The collar corrects at level 0 to begin, if the dog continues to bark from this point, the collar will increase a level at a time. Once the collar gets to a level that stops the barking, it will hold at that level and use this as the starting point if the barking begins again.  

Progressive Correction Mode: The collar starts correcting at level 0 and continues to rise one level at a time if the dog barks within 30 seconds.  Once the dog is quiet for 30 seconds, the collar will reset back to the lowest level of 0. 

**For dogs under 12 months of age it is best to use the User Selected Correction mode**
