PH PERM BLEACH & TINTED (1L)

Directions:

1. Shampoo and towel dry hair.
2. Select rod size for the amount of body and wave desired.
3. Wind Hair evenly and smoothly onto rods (using water).
4. Liberally apply lotion to each curl.
5. Take test curl after 10-15 minutes (bleached hair) or 8-12 minutes (tinted hair) and every 3 minutes thereafter.
6. When desired curl is achieved, rinse with lukewarm water and towel blot each curl.
7. Apply Bella Body pH Neutralizer to each curl. Leave Neutralizer on Hair for at least 5 minutes.
8. Rinse thoroughly with water.
