What an unusual item. Large watercolour signed by listed professional artist Phil Cloete of Autumn Trees, Stellenbosch. On the reverse is another original watercolour by the same artist of Knysna Lagoon at low tide, the reverse being unsigned. Unframed.

Watercolours are 57 x 31 cm.

The watercolour of Stellenbosch is in excellent condition. Edges a bit faded from previous mount, just needs to be reframed in the modern frame it deserves to make it look amazing.

The Knysna watercolour is in very good condition with fading on edges due to previous mount tape removal. Would frame up very well. Please see all photos.

The clever thing to do would be to frame it double glass each side so both paintings can be appreciated. Alternatively just choose the view you prefer and frame accordingly.
