This tranistor portable radio was Philips top model in the middle of the 60's.

Below is an actual screenshot from a scene in the James Bond movie, "Diamonds Are Forever", it is about 1:38 into the movie. Blofeld has the radio on his converted oil platform, to listen to world broadcasts and see how his work is proceeding... that is, lasering weapons installations from space.
