All stock is sourced from the USA, and is designed for use in the USA. If you are unsure about South African compatibility please check with us/the manufacturer before placing your order.

Pricing displayed includes all customs charges (VAT/DUTIES/PORT HEALTH etc), insurance and international shipping - there are no surprises or any extra costs when the item arrives in the country. We use a door to door courier for all our deliveries and do not use the Post Office.

As all orders are placed as a special request, orders cannot be cancelled/returned once the order has been placed and confirmed. All items come with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA. The authorized SA distributor of our products are under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's warranties or to provide after sales service.
