Phillips d 6920 mk2 Cassette recorder stereo AV

Please note : I am not sure , if the cassette recorder is working 100%.

The power goes on and I can play a tape with sound, but if Ipress FF or REW,  you can hear the motor , but the tape does not goforward or backward.
 I think the belts are faulty and they have to be replaced.Otherwise the recorder looks to me in very good condition.

Shipping cost R 130 with "the courier guy" at buyers expense and risk.
