 This Deckle edge paper shear  is  vintage , however in very good  working order producing  a deckle , / scalloped edge to photographic prints  or other substrate material

great for creating  old print effect as seen on vintage  Sepia toned photographs    

Can be utilised for scrapbooking, invitations, recipes and cards or leathercraft , or book making 

The steel base plate  has normal wear from use and some chips and scratches  [ the photographic images  tend to magnify and exaggerate the wear ]
