Pick Up Head with dual stylus

 Pick Up Head. Has two stylus next to each other. One marked M (red) one N (Blue)

No box. Looks pretty old. No idea how this works, if it is t play some special kind of record? 

Stamped AG3016 in metal underneath.

Providence - Inherited from a relative whose hobby was working on and restoring old amps and turntables.
