This pie assembly line equipment consists of:

Introducing Pie Making System from Whats4Chow, that enables you to press and assemble pie cases, pie lids and crimp the lids in a matter of seconds. The system is suitable for restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, home industries, pie shops, take-outs or any situation that requires the rapid production of pies.
The system consists of 2 pastry presses, one for the pie cases, and another for the lids. The presses are manufactured from naturally dried hardwood to ensure absolute stability, and the hinges are solid stainless steel pin bearings embedded in the timber. This construction will ensure years of trouble-free operation.
Plastic bread film is used throughout the blocking and lidding process as a release liner, and this also ensures that machinery never comes into contact with ingredients, making cleanup a breeze.
Simply line the lid press with film and drop in a portion of pastry. Fold the film over the pastry, close the press and lean on the extended handle using your own body weight to press the lid. This process takes about 10 seconds.
Line the pie base press with film and drop the pie foil into the recess. Drop in a portion of pastry. Fold the remaining film over the pastry, close the press and lean on the extended handle to press the pie case.
This process takes about 15 seconds. Fold the top flap of film back and spoon the filling into the pie casing up to just below the rim.
Drop the lid on top of this.
Center the lid crimper over the lid and press down firmly. This will seal the lid to the base, add the traditional geared pattern, and trim the excess pastry, all in one action.
The system uses disposable #680 pie foils which are available across the globe, as are the film bread bags.
The system totally rules out rolling pastry and hand-forming cases and will streamline your pie production. A single person can produce 240 pies a day, while 2 people produce 480 pies, and 4 people produce almost 1000 pies in a day.
The system comes complete with full online video training, and an armory of recipes for a number pastries, savory and sweet, and a wonderful collection of savory and sweet pie fillings.
