As pictured, seems pretty solid, shorting a buffer. Wheels on the old Pikos tend to be a bit wobbly.

Regarding price

Thanks to the ever depreciating value of the Rand these items are becoming harder to locate at a reasonable price. The cost to import is increasing almost daily. If you want it, buy it because next time around it may be twice the price.
