A rather rubbed and worn log book of Lt C.O. Bowles dating from 1941 to 1945.   The first two pages are loose and there is age browning and foxing on some pages.   The back endpaper has a list of physical exercises written in pencil.   Cloth cover rubbed and stained and the spine is cracking but is still holding together.
