SHIPPING IS via courier R150.(+-1 working week delivery) to main cities JHB, CT, PTA, DBN, if you are located outside of main city, delivery might take longer!!!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SIZE:
Every client is responsible for choosing the correct size from measuring table provided! i am there to help you if you need an assistance!!!
2. PROCESS:
All in stock items shipped within 24-48 hours after I receive your payment on my account!!! No stock items will be shipped once the production is finished! I ship via Express courier companies, to your DooR!!!!
3. SHIPPING:
Tracking info will be sent to you 2-3 days after the parcel is dispatched, pls give it +-7 working days to deliver the dress! PLS NOTE I CANNOT control the shipping company or any consequences which might delay the arrival (strikes, public holidays, lost of parcel, weekends, customs and etc..)
Unfortunately, I am unable to trace the parcels sent outside of South African borders (Namibia, Angola and others)! Its client’s responsibility to trace the parcel with local courier company!
4. REFUND:
FULL REFUND: the dress completely differ to the pictures advertised (incorrect color sent. incorrect size was sent and etc.) / client never received the dress!
NO REFUND: incorrect size was chosen by client/ delay in shipping/ slight deviations of colors or beading/ you don’t look like a model on the picture!!!!!
i try to load THE actual picture for the dress, so you can see what you buy!!!
PARTIAL REFUND excluding shipping fees: if you decided not to take the dress (it doesn’t fit you and other client’s mistakes)
all refunds paid after I receive the dress back in original condition as it was sent to you, no tears or sings of wear! (perfumes, make up and etc.)!!! it must be sent to me with 48 hours!
