The thread cutter is in a working condition with all adjusters, clamp etc. turning and ratchet clicking nicely, but might need some oil to operate smoothly.
It has some slight surface rust and some paint loss issues, but nothing that would interfere with its working.
1/2W Cutters are still attached and two piece handle included.
