Product Description
- The wood-fired pizza oven is made from refractory and heat-resistant aggregates and steel reinforcers to retain the heat for longer and reduce the prospect of hairline cracks.
- Depending on the size, our ovens generally achieve the required heat-up cooking level of 350 and 400 degrees celsius in 40 to 60 minutes. This is less than half the time it takes an old-fashioned brick, clay or concrete oven to heat-up.
- The oven cooks a pizza in 60 to 90 seconds depending on the thickness of the dough and toppings.
- This large oven fits 3-4 pizzas depending on size.
- This pizza oven is suitable for residential purposes to cook pizza, grilled fish, roasted vegetables, meat, potjiekos, bread, cake, cookies, hot desserts, to mention a few.
