Carbon Fiber Reinforced Filament is a PLA based material impregnated with fibers to increase strength.  It has the same printing properties as PLA and does not require a special size nozzle, but the fibers do wear out the brass nozzles very quickly, so a hardened nozzle is recommended with this filament.
