Text mostly in English with some French and German. Paul Ritter was an architect and planner with a special interest in the social impact of development. The book is divided into eight main parts. Ritter's aim was to establish an ecological harmonious environment for man in which the efficient use of the vehicle plays a crucial part. A very good copy. No shipping overseas.
