Directions
Breakfast or meal replacement (one serving = 1 heaped scoop)
Smoothie: Add to blender 1-2 servings (low/high activity), 300ml water/milk alternative, (add either 1 frozen peeled ripe banana + 1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit / berries + 2T lemon juice OR 1.5 peeled ripe frozen bananas + 1T nut butter of your choice), 5-6 blocks ice and 1-2t honey if desired.
Smoothie Bowl: Add to blender 1-2 servings (low/high activity), three quarter cup water/milk alternative, (add either 1 frozen peeled ripe banana + 1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit / berries + 2T lemon juice OR 1 peeled ripe frozen banana + 1/4 frozen avo + 1T nut butter of your choice), 5-6 blocks ice and 1-2t honey if desired. Ideal texture should be like frozen yoghurt. Top with activated buckwheat, goji berries, raw cacao nibs, mulberries, toasted coconut and or fresh fruit.
