I remember playing this back when it released, and the best thing about this game, by far, is the open ended New York City you get to use as Spidey's playground. It's awesome. You have all kinds of moves and tricks at your disposal for traversing the city's skyline, and the sense of speed, sheer variety of motion, sense of momentum, and the visuals for the city itself still hold up wonderfully. Lighted skyscraper windows and buildings as far as the eye can see are still impressive, though the draw distance isn't amazing. Thankfully, the developers hid this flaw to the best of their abilities. When I first played this, I would get so caught up in just exploring the city as Spidey, that I would put off doing missions for as long as possible, and honestly, that's probably the best way to play Spider-Man
This game still holds the title for best Spider-Man game of all time in my eyes would recommend
