The camera is basically new, but when it was first purchased, I did test it for less than a minute on the PS4 to ensure that it was working, therefore listed as Second hand rather than Open box.
I had never removed the original protective plastic cover on the camera, nor the protective foam on the cord, not even when testing (see last image above). Unfortunately, I had no time to use the camera with the PS4 so it was never used.
The camera is fully compatible with the original PS VR on the PS4.
