10 year old original 500 gb PS4. 
Selling as a donor console but it may also be fixable. 
Disc drive and eject button are completely non operational. USB ports and/or USB circuitry also not working. Power button is faulty but it is still possible to use it.
I believe all other components to be good, including the power supply and the rest of the motherboard.
When the console was operational it was factory reset, but because the USB ports do not work there was no way to connect a controller and therefore operate the PS4. Before this the PS4 did have some over heating issues which could just have been down to 10 years of dust and no thermal paste replacement. If the power button and USB ports are repaired, PS4 should be operational.
