The PME Tall side scrapers are brilliantly and thoughtfully designed to give any tall cake that smooth finish.

Ideal for use with Buttercream, Royal Icing, Ganache and Fresh Cream etc. The side scraper is normally held firmly against the cake as the cake is rotated, thereby obtaining a smooth finish.

To create the contemporary styling of a sharp, crisp edge on sugarpaste coated cakes, it is recommended that you select the right size for the height/side of your cake and use the standard size for the top Gently but firmly apply pressure to both the top and sides of the cake at the same time

Wash in warm soapy water, do not clean using abrasive detergents/cleaners or place in a dishwasher, as this may scratch and damage the surface
