This 7-jewel ELGIN watch was presented to a Cape Town Municipal employee in May 1926. The watch has the number 29070950, and the Keystone case is numbered 4263450. It has the size as 16s, with the watch code: h3g6p. The main spring is sound, and has been let down partially while in storage to relieve the tension. While the watch is not working at present the mechanism appears undamaged.  P&P in SA R35.
