Product Description

Audio meets Design. The Scandyna Drop offers a high quality speaker with a unique aesthetic design. Featuring the same design principles, yet in a different form. The Drop's rigid cabinet offers different mounting options to make it one of the most versatile loudspeakers on the market. As well as conventional desktop or bookshelf mounting, The Drop's unique 'hanging' bracket makes it ideal for those that want the same Scandyna performance, but from a product that can be suspended from the ceiling.

A totally sealed (or infinite baffle) design, the Drop features a cabinet that is formed from ABS plastic, giving the speaker a rigid and tough enclosure. The resulting performance is a fast and agile sound that engages and grips the listener. Rubber feet are included but owners of the Drop can also upgrade and purchase 'Sputnik' spike legs for increased isolation, saving on space and also increasing style. The design can look both retro and modern depending on a room's furnishings.

Featuring only the highest specification components, The Drop uses the same soft dome tweeter and a kevlar mid/bass drive unit as the acclaimed MiniPod II. Combined with its unique mounting options and distinctive appearance, The Drop is ideal for those that wish to make a statement both in appearance and performance. Available in a variety of colours to match many styles.

The Drop has high quality speaker terminals and is designed to be used with a stereo or multichannel amplifier with 10-100watts output per channel. They have Kevlar pistons and 25mm dis free-mounted high frequency.
