• Introducing Z-Moves - A new element has been introduced into the Pokmon battles in Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon: Z-Moves. Z-Moves are moves of great power that can only be used once per battle. When the Trainer and Pokmon¿s wishes resonate with each other, and both release their full power together¿the result is the explosive force of a Z-Move! All Pokmon can use Z-Moves to perform mightily in battle!
• Move Forward with Pok Ride - One aspect of the culture in the Alola region is something known as Pok Ride, in which certain Pokmon help people get to places they wouldn¿t be able to reach by using human strength alone. These Pokmon don¿t join your team, but you can call on them anytime to receive their help. This practice is typical of the way of life in Alola, where humans and Pokmon are so closely bound together.
• More Fun at the Pokmon Global Link - With the release of Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon, the Pokmon Global Link¿the website that connects Pokmon players around the world¿will end its current Pokmon Omega Ruby, Pokmon Alpha Sapphire, Pokmon X, and Pokmon Y service and will be updated to work with Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon. • Hyper Training Maximizes a Pokmon¿s Power - In Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon, you can draw forth a Pokmon¿s power to its utmost limit with Hyper Training. Pokmon grow stronger by raising their levels and increasing their base stats. However, their power is still affected by the individual strengths innate to each Pokmon. Now, with Hyper Training, Pokmon that have grown to Lv. 100 will be able to increase their individual strengths, which has never been possible before. With Hyper Training, you can increase the strength of the Lv. 100 Pokmon you¿ve been adventuring with!
• New Features Coming to Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon - In the world ofPokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon, you¿ll discover moves more powerful than any seen before, adventures in uncharted locations, and many more delights just waiting to be explored! • A New Battle Format: Battle Royal - Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon feature the addition of a new battle format that has never been seen before: the Battle Royal! In the past, Pokmon battles have generally been battles of one Trainer against another. But in these Battle Royals, four players are divided in a four-way battle that pits each Trainer against each of the other three in a furious melee!
• Meet New Pokmon Using the QR Scanner! - In Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon, there is a QR Scanner function that allows you to see information about Pokmon when you scan QR Code patterns. With the QR Scanner, you scan in a QR Code and check the information about the Pokmon that corresponds to that QR Code. There are QR Code patterns in various places all around you, so try scanning them.
• The Rotom Pokdex Is Your Ally on Your Journey! - The Pokdex is a convenient tool that records information about the Pokmon you see and catch during your adventure. In Pokmon Sun and Pokmon Moon, your character receives a special Pokdex from Professor Kukui to support you in your travels. It's known as the Rotom Pokdex, and it's inhabited by Rotom, a Pokmon with the power to reside in various electronic appliances. It does much more than record Pokmon info¿it sparkles with its own personality. The Rotom Pokdex shows your current location and your next destination, and it also gives you advice on where to go next, based on the conversations you have with others! It's likely to be of great help to you in many parts of your adventure.
