The Polar V800 records and analyses all training session and responds with a motivating breakdown of your performance when the session is over. The V800 also analyses the load each session has on your body and reports how much recovery time is needed until having another session. Using these load reports, you can compare each session's load on your body and easily view how you are progressing from them.
