Shaking your booty is a fantastic way to lose weight and tone up because it's a fun cardio workout. What you'll need
Tracksuit and shorts or if you are feeling brave hot pants (you need bare legs to grip the pole)
You can don heels if you want but it's about being comfortable.
Please do not wear oil or oily lotions on your body at it makes the pole slippery. Bring water and sweat towel.
