The Pole Dancing and Floorobics lessons have been developed as an alternative form of exercise. These tutorials are based on the principles of sensual movement that has proven to tone and strengthen the body whilst reawakening your sensuality.
We offer a range of classes to suit your objectives and level of experience, from floor-based exercise routines through to pole acrobatics and pole dancing choreography.
Our aim is not only to teach Sensual Dance and Pole Dancing to aspiring performers but also to empower the average woman in an atmosphere that is sociable, comfortable and friendly.

POLE FUNDAMENTALS
This class is an introduction to Pole Dancing. It gives a comprehensive understanding of how to utilise your muscles and the positioning of beginners pole tricks and pole dancing. Learn to spin, climb, h and invert whilst developing core and upper body strength.
INTERMEDIATE POLE DANCING & POLE TRICKS
Take your pole dancing to the next level. Increase your strength and flexibility. New challenging pole tricks to learn and start to work on the spinning pole.
ADVANCED POLE DANCING & POLE TRICKS
This is for those who have completed the intermediate classes and are looking to be challenged. Master the art of the spinning pole and become more graceful and acrobatic on the pole. Learn how to create fluid and graceful pole dancing routines.
