- Buyer bears all return shipping costs

- Returned item must include parcel tracking

- Item must be shipped back (handed to shipping company & tracking provided to seller) within 7 calendar days of receipt

- Buyer must advise of intention to return the item before shipping

-  Physical drop-offs for returns available in Pretoria Montana Park area

- Item must be returned unused, in original condition (no tears / breakage / scratches / marks / stains),

 - Once the item is received, we will inspect the item to satisfy that it has been returned in its original condition. 

 - Refunds  of the purchase price will be processed within 2 business days of the returned item being received by the Seller
