The POOL LIGHT IPP "SUPREME" LED RETROFIT COLOUR CHANGING WHITE FACE comes with a 2-year ex-factory warranty from the date of purchase, subject to normal operating conditions. Please note that warranty claims will only be considered if a factory fault is detected. To process a warranty claim, an installation invoice with the electrician's details is required.
Testing and Factory Malfunction Warranty: All pool lights are thoroughly tested before leaving the warehouse. A WhatsApp video with a time stamp is included with your purchase as proof of testing. Please be aware that pool lights carry only a factory malfunction warranty due to the installation process. The lights will undergo further testing upon return to the factory for a warranty claim.
