In the event of a warranty claim the unit is sent to the manufacturer for assessment, which takes approximately 2 to 5 working days, with repair taking a further 2 to 7 working days depending on the extent of the repair and parts availability. In unusual circumstances a replacement or credit note at original purchase price may be issued within 7 working days of purchase at the discretion of the distributor.
