Installation Instructions

To ensure trouble-free operation, follow these guidelines for proper installation:

1. Piping: Use pipes with a minimum 50mm diameter for suction and discharge. Recommended suction pipe diameter is 50mm/63mm. Ensure the pipes are airtight and supported independently from the pump.
2. Pump Positioning: Position the pump no more than ±300mm above pool water level, ensuring proper ventilation and drainage.
3. Ventilation: Allow sufficient air circulation to prevent overheating. Maintain a clearance of 150mm behind the motor fan cowling.
4. Drainage: Prevent flooding of the pump motor by ensuring proper drainage in the pump house/box.
5. Electrical Connections: Only qualified electricians should handle electrical connections. Use properly rated cables and install a cable gland at the terminal box.
6. Rotation Check: Ensure clockwise motor rotation when viewed from the motor end.
