Large framed watercolor signed and dated 94 

Inner border slightly overlapses the date however on the back of the painting is a description of who this artwork was sold to and the date - see photo 

Lizo Pemba is the grandson of the late famous SA Artist Dr George Pemba 

Painting is in excellent condition. The inner border however does have a handful of  age related dirt / marks to it - However this can easily be replaced if need be and as I'm selling this artwork at way below market value so to replace the inner border will be worthwhile (if need be) 

This artwork was sourced from a deceased estate (Gallery)
