Portable Old Twist Style Wooden Leather Topped Drop Leaf Writing Desk

This beautiful specimen of what the wealthy and proper people of the past when traveling long distances would bring with the for their work and writing purposes. There is a single drawer and a imitation drawer on the other side of the desk for its design. There are 2 extensions of the table lowered on either side to fit all the writing equipment on the table including multiple pages.There are metal claws as the feet and wheels were added later in its life. There is some damage on the side folds leather as you can see. The legs are carved nicely with some circles carved around. Made very well in its day and that's why its in such good condition now.
